1950’s (?) Pillbox Gladys & Belle Lewin’s Vintage Fabric Satin Unique Rare HTF.

Item is in good used condition for age. Inner diameter is appropriately 6.5 inches or a little over 20 inches circumference. There are some tears in the inner netting. Along with some loose stitching that holds the different layers together. I’m not sure exactly of the era but tag matches other hats from the 50’s.
