Antique Crystal Clear Cut Glass Bowl w/ 22K Gold & Ruby; Up for sale is the stunning crystal clear cut glass bowl with etched and gold gilt foliage motifs and fruits, dated late 19^th, early 20^th century.

With wavy and thick edges, the bowl is delicately etched at the outside with foliage motifs and fruits to surround their medallions, respectively. Each medallion in ruby color is also etched with foliage motifs and fruits. Totally, there are six groups of medallions symmetrically divided. The etched regions are all hand painted with 22-karat gold, resulted in a gorgeous piece. Without being etched, the inside of the bowl is very smooth. No marks are found.

Measures: Dimensions, 8 ½” rim diameter x 2 ½” high x 3 ½” base diameter x ¼” thick; Weight,  2 lbs & 1.5 oz (949 grams).

Condition: Very good and clean, with no chips, cracks or scratches; but with mild gold loss, consistent with age and use.

The shipping fee taken by Postal Service is an estimate based on the size, weight and insurance of the item.
