You are purchasing a full tray of 35pcs Saifun SM90USLC2GbA 64Gb (16GB) silicon dies. The plastic tray measure 13cm x 13cm, each individual die measure 14mm x 7mm and are ~0.20mm thick. NAND flash dies like these are used to make solid state storage devices like USB jump drives, memory cards, or SSDs. These represent a great example of semiconductor manufacturing technology and makes for great educational, collection and display item. The dies will produce shiny, multicolored rainbow reflection with light, like a CD. The dies are new old stock, never used, and will be packaged safely. Please look at the photos carefully.

Payment is due within seven days of purchase.

Shipping is done through La Poste courrier service, and will be transferred to your local courrier provider upon arrival in destination country. Free economy shipping is included in the final price to any location worldwide, this service is unregistered. Standard registered courrier service is also available for an extra fee. Delivery time for both services are 10 business day or less within Europe, or within 10-15 days to the US and Canada. Note that these delays are indicative and may sometime be exceeded, up to 4 weeks.
