1992 Superstar Heroes HOF Set of 12. This lot consists of a 1992 Superstar Heroes "Hall of Fame" set of 12 different players - Sawchuk, Maurice Richard, Ken Dryden, Tim Horton, Bernie Geoffrion, Jacques Plante, Norm Ullman, Bobby Hull, Phil Esposito, Jean Beliveau, Bobby Orr and Gordie Howe.  Cards are all 2 1/2" x 3 1/2", mint and well centered.  Each card has the Superstars Heroes emblem and HOCKEY HALL OF FAME on the front in shiny gold lettering with a color photo of the player.  On the back is a different photo of the player with some career stats all in a sepia tone. These came out briefly as inserts in a Canadian price guide but I was told by a fellow that claimed that he personally led NHL lawyers to shut them down.
