These capacitor replacements will resolve a large amount of Sega Game Gear Video and Audio problems

This Capacitor kit is for the main motherboard and audio board and are labeled for your convenience.

POWER BOARD CAPACITORS NOT INCLUDED. Please see my Game Gear Capacitor Kit (Full) for a complete kit!

This kid includes:

Mother Board

2x 100uf 16V

1x 68uF 16V

1x 33uF 16V

1x 22uF 16V

4x 10uF 25V

1x 4.7uF 50V

2x 0.47uF 50V

Audio Board

3x 100uF 16V

2x 47uF 10V

Note: The voltages are higher on these capacitors than on the game gear itself. That's okay! The voltage rating on capacitors is the maximum voltage it can safely be exposed to. So as long as the voltage rating is equal or higher than the original you're good!

This Capacitor kit will work for all V1 Game Gears

(837-7398-01, 837-7719-01, 837-7996, 837-8560, 837-9024)

This kit will NOT work with V4 and V5 boards (837-9537, 837-9537-01 & 1.71-7923A.)
