Gemini Outdoor Sign Letters really are a cut above conventional saw-cut changeable sign letters. Manufactured using a precision injection molded process. Every molded rigid acrylic plastic panel has a raised edge on the back of the letter that will prevent the silk screen-printed ink from getting scratched up while the letters are inserted and removed from the signs letter track. 

The tabbed molded feet keeps debris, and in cold weather, ice from interfering with changing out the signs message. Finally, since the inks used on Pronto Gemini sign letters are UV cured there is no VOCs and no harmful emissions throughout the manufacturing process.
