All communication must be through eBay messages only  We make every effort to respond to emails within 24 hours except on week-ends and holidays.  

All items are listed as "Buy Now".  Offers made through emails will not receive a response.

We do not supply additional measurements.

We do not supply country of manufacturing.

We do not supply additional photos.

Shipping:

Your order will ship within two business days of receipt of cleared payment (excluding weekends and holidays). The tracking number will be forwarded to your eBay messages at the time of shipment.  This tracking number will supply you with the approximate date.  We do not guarantee a delivery date.  If the tracking number indicates that the order has been delivered, however,  it has not been received, contact your postal service immediately with the tracking information and request they locate the parcel.  Contacting the seller instead of the postal service will only delay locating the parcel.

Return policy:

Request for returns must me initiated through the purchase history tab within 30 days of receipt of item.  Returns will only be accepted in the same condition as received.  Shipping charges are non refundable.

A refund policy is posted with all our listings.  Refunds that meet the stated criteria will be made by the company listing this item and NOT the Manufacturer or their Retail Agents. The merchandise listed is stamped on the sole, inside the shoe or other area on all items indicating liquidation merchandise to prevent fraudulent refunds being solicited from the Manufacturer or their Retail Agents.
