This listing is for a water decal from Meyercord, dating to the 1970s.  It is for a wonderful train - done to look early American (Americana).  This style was really popular in the 1970s, when everyone was into "antiquing" - painting everything either rust, green or gold, and then adding a wash of stain so that it looked "old".  It didn't really look old, but was really popular, nonetheless. This decal is easy to use - the instructions are printed on the back.  Soak it in water for a few seconds, then "slide" the gel decal from the paper backing onto the surface where you want it.  If you want to use it outside, the instructions say to add a coat of varnish over the top.  I have done this in the past, and the decal will "crinkle" - the finish looks like old crackled antique surface.  Its fun to use!  This one is large - 11" by 7.5".
