This plate is Thursday which is the fourth plate in a series of seven. The series is the Holiday Week of the Family Kappelmann by Berlin Design. The plate is 7 1/2" in diameter and is limited to 50 firing days. Made of fine porcelain by Kaiser. There is no box.

Translation of the back of the plate:
"1985 Plate No. A 1665 from the limited edition of Thursday, the fourth plate in the series Holiday Week of the Family Kappelmann by Detlev Nitschke.

The authentic representation of Karl and Lenchen's departure to Uncle Otto's farm on August 22, 1894. Painted once for this series and created exclusively for Berlin Design from fine Kaiser porcelain in an edition limited to 50 firing days."
