CONDITION:  Excellent

This porcelain tea cup and biscuit tray was produced in France by Haviland Limoges around 1900.  It was sold white-ware to a studio decorator for painting.  The biscuit tray is 8 1/8 inches long and 7 inches wide.  The cup is 2 1/4 inches tall with a diameter of 3 1/4 inches. The tray has a molded handle and crimped edges.  The ground color shades from just a hint of blue to pale blue.  Both pieces are decorated with branches of pink wild roses.  The painting is detailed and the colors are bright.  There is gold trim on the handle and edges.  It has a lovely victorian style.   #C853
