This is a rare Dice Trollbead, believed to have been introduced in 2012 during a Las Vegas convention.
The clear glass bead has each of the six surfaces of a red dice with sky blue dots along it's edge in order from one to six. Each face of the die then has a very thin white outline.

As mentioned above, never allow your beads to be in contact with chemical detergents or bleach.
