We buy in the source timber to make our fence posts then pressure treat them in our own on site treatment tanks to ensure they are ready to fight infestation and the outdoor elements.

These products are available for delivery only and no collection from our locations is offered on our products sold through eBay.
Because of the nature of transporting timber we use a range of commercial vehicles to supply orders to your destination. If there are any access issues in reaching your address then please do message us via the Ebay system as soon as your order is placed so we can ensure that your delivery reaches you successfully & safely. When you delivery arrives the driver will deliver to your desired address but dependent on your location and the quantity of product ordered the delivery is generally a kerbside service and movement of the order onto or around your own property is your responsibility.
Timber is a natural product and as such some minor imperfection and movement is common.
We offer a 30 day returns policy and if any product is received damaged then please get in touch and we will be happy to assist. Once your product has been received and a return is required because you no longer require your goods then carrier fees for the return are at the buyer's expense.
