This is inexpensive and heavy duty 30A Timer and Temperature metal control panel for electric Oven Kiln. The PID controller is one set point temperature controller and the timer has 2 cycle (T1,T2) that can use for operation time.
It comes with thermocouple (maximum 2372 F) and TC connector that you can easily change your thermocouple and if you need to change your sensor to specific one, I can change it for you too.
Press ON/OFF switch, it will reset the timer and start another curing batch. During the heating process, one can use a manual switch to turn ON or OFF the element power if needed. The alarm buzzer can be used as either temp alarm or set point finishing alarm. It can also be muted.

Description:
The oven can be heated up to set point by PID temperature controller as soon as possible and maintained for a pre-set period to cure the part. When the batch is finished, the coating process can be re-started again by pressing the ON/OFF button.

Timer Modes:
P1 = 0 (Single delay with no cycle or loop): Only there is one timer T1. Relay stay disconnect (off) when T1 is counting and will become connect (on) once T1 finished counting.
P1 = 1 (Single delay with no cycle or loop): Only there is one timer T1. Relay stay connect (on) when T1 is counting and will become disconnect (off) once T1 finished counting.
P1 = 2 (Dual timer delay T1,T2 with no cycle or loop): Relay stay disconnect (off) when T1 is counting and will become connect (on) once T2 is counting and will be off when T2 finished counting.
P1 = 3 (Dual timer delay T1,T2 with no cycle or loop): Relay stay connect (on) when T1 is counting and will become disconnect (off) once T2 is counting and will be on when T2 finished counting.
P1 = 4 (Dual timer delay T1,T2 with cycle or loop): Relay stay disconnect (off) when T1 is counting and will become connect (on) once T2 is counting and it will repeat this cycle again.
P1 = 5 ((Dual timer delay T1,T2 with cycle or loop): Relay stay connect (on) when T1 is counting and will become disconnect (off) once T2 is counting and it will repeat this cycle again.
