Black Neoprene Rubber Turntable Mats direct from the manufacturer.

This listing is for 3mm Neoprene (Polychloroprene) rubber turntable mats. These are suitable for Technics SL DL1 Turntables with additional holes for the sensors to detect disc size. 

N.B. This mat is cut from 3mm flat Neoprene sheet, therefore it doesn't have ridges on the mat like the original OEM mat, as that was moulded. See additional photographs.

With Neoprene being being a pliable material it provides excellent sound and vibration damping to practically all turntables, however as sound can be very much a personal sense, we also offer other turntable mats manufactured from other polymers including Silicone, and Rubber bonded cork. Please see our shop for other options.

Neoprene provides excellent damping of noise and vibration to vastly improve the bass tones from your turntable giving a much richer sound. This grade has a shore hardness of 70 Sh A IRHD and is also available in other thicknesses if required.

It is less slippy than Silicone, but denser so still provides excellent vibration damping and bass improvement, even at 3mm thick.

This Neoprene mat can be washed in warm soapy water as required to keep it, and your vinyl clean.

We precision die cut these mats at 290mm diameter with a 7.3mm centre hole complete with 6 x 10mm diameter holes for the disc sensors, so that these will fit your turntable.

With our manufacturing capabilities and oscillating knife CAD/CAM cutting tables we can also manufacture bespoke sizes out of our massive range of materials. If you have a requirement for a different size or a different polymer simply let us know and we will endeavour to help.
