This is a used Dynalock Corp Delayed Egress Control Board as pictured. I purchased some items from a government surplus auction. This board was removed from a working system. It has dust and marks and is missing a screw from one connector. I have not tested it but it can be returned if not working or for any reason. Free shipping and free returns.
