18ct white gold three stone Cultured Pearl and Diamond bar brooch. Half drilled Cultured Pearl with two rose type cut Diamonds grain set in leaf shapes on a flat 0.8 mm wide bar with a pin & roller fitting with safety chain. The brooch has been platinum mixed with gold to make the gold white.
