GRADING

When it comes to comic book grading, I tend to be more critical than most. I always give my best effort to assess condition fairly and accurately. However, grading is an estimation of value and therefore, subjective. It's not an exact science. Three professional graders can review the same book and derive three different grades. While graders use their best judgment, they are human beings with differing opinions and perspectives. This is why we sometimes see grade inconsistencies in graded books of the same condition.
PACKING
Comics are bagged and boarded, and ship securely in rigid Gemini comic flash mailers or sturdy boxes. Comics packed in boxes are bubble wrapped. The box perimeter is then lined with cushioning material to prevent shifting and corner impact during transit.
