Warranties are offered by the product manufacturers and importers, any items that may be in question must be sent back to MAXCOOL and then to the manufacturer or importer for an assessment.

If the item is faulty in operation and approved by the manufacturer it will be returned to the buyer at no extra cost. It is the buyer's responsibility to return the goods to MAXCOOL, please contact us for the correct shipping details and return approval.

For all returned items, the buyer is responsible for all postage costs.

We are very careful sending out goods, but in the off chance of you receiving the wrong item please follow the following guideline.

If the item has been supplied incorrectly by MAXCOOL, then MAXCOOL will refund shipping costs of the goods when the original item is returned.

All items that are approved for return must be received back in the original packaging and not installed, modified or damaged in any way.

The refund amount will also have original freight costs deducted. If the item was sent with free postage, a 20% postage fee will also be deducted from the refund amount.
