Shipping Terms:

Shipping offer is good within the 48 contiguous United States only. Additional charges for APO, Alaska, Hawaii, and Puerto Rico. Shipping charges depend on shipping location. Shipping charges start at $25.00 USD.

Warranty and Return Policies:

Each new machine we sell is covered by a 6 MONTH WARRANTY. The warranty covers parts and labor to repair any factory defects.

Warranty does not cover any damages resulting from mishandling of the machine, improper operation or operation outside the capability of the machine, improper maintenance or improper voltage feed.

All warranty services will be performed in our Santa Ana, CA office. Shipping charges for any warranty service are the responsibility of the customer.

If, for any reason, you are not happy with your item or another aspect of your purchase - please contact us at your earliest convenience so that we may resolve any issues in a timely and professional manner. We want our customers 100% satisfied with their purchase from Royal Exclusive Investments and will do everything in our power to ensure that satisfaction.

We accept returns within 7 days with prior notification and return authorization. Contact us at your earliest convenience so that we may issue a Return Ticket and resolve any related issues efficiently. All returns must be sent pre-paid in original packaging and original condition. Freight charges are not refundable.
