1890 New South Wales, 20/- Cobalt Blue Centenary stamp, perforated 10 on 20/- NSW Oval watermark paper, overprinted with 'Specimen'. SG264s. CV ~ $280 (~150 Pounds in SG)

The stamp is in fine condition with a very bright & clean/crisp colour print, good perfs (a little rough), good centring, with a clean/clear black ink overprint. See first scan.

Mint very lightly hinged

The back of the stamp is very clean, white glossy/smooth gum, with trace of a cleanly removed hinge, with a shallow gum thin at top. The gum has a diagonal blank strip, apparently from a post printing/pre-gumming crease that was subsequently well smoothed. Interesting variety, hardly affecting the front appearance. See second scan.
