This is an INOX Small 1 1/2 Tsp Spring Scoop Kitchen Utensil.  It is in good condition, it will need to be washed before use.  It is approx. 7 3/4" long, the spring end it 2 3/8" across, closed it is 1 3/4", the scoop end has a diameter of 1 1/8" x approx 3/4" deep.  It will hold  1 1/2 tsp, filled to the rim.  It is "Rostfrei" 18/8 Stainless Steel.  This is perfect for forming uniform cookie balls, filling mini muffin cups....
