All domestic standard shipping in the United States takes 3-5 days for arrival. If there is a delay on your order or if it seems like the package is lost, please contact us and we will send out a new package as soon as possible.

For international shipping the standard time for delivery is normally 10-15 days for arrival. Delays can happen due to a hold at customs among other things, if the package is delayed please contact us and we will give guidance on how to release the package. If the package is lost during delivery, please let us know and we will send out a new package.

All international shipped items have duties and taxes that must be paid to release the package. These fees have nothing to do with the cost of shipping or our shop and must be communicated with the customs of your country.
