Rugrats Tommy Pickle 24" Giant Plush Toy (Mattel, 2004). Has a few marks due to size but it looks as though the clothing CAN be removed if you cut the support tags and potentially wash the shirt/ Nappy. otherwise its a great addition to any collection.
