This listing is for a set of Japanese rice bowls or small children's cereal bowls.  They have adorable pandas and musical notes on the outside and cute panda faces on the inside.  They appear to have never been used.  No utensil marks.  No chips, cracks or nicks. Pink, Yellow, Blue and Green pastel colors.
