• All items are posted by registered air post from Hong Kong.
 

• All items will be carefully packed and ship on next working day after the payment is cleared.
 

• If you are not able to receive the item within 2 weeks, please contact us for the update. We will open a trace case in Hong Kong. In most cases, the item is just arrived late, and not lost. If the post office is confirmed that it is lost, we will refund you all money. 
 

• Buyer is responsible for all Customs/Duty charges YOUR country may decide to charge.
 

 
• If the items are damaged due to delivery, please contact us within 1 day after reception, otherwise no return will be accepted. Buyer pays for return shipment, and seller pays for reshipment. Shipping fee for the first shipment is not refundable.
     
 
•     Buyer is responsible to help on file the item damage report, and to assist in getting the compensation from the courier company when item returns apply.  
     
 
•     Items must be returned in original packing without any missing parts and accessories.  
     
 
•     If the items are returned by post office or custom, we will re-ship the item to buyer. However, buyers are responsible for return and the reshipment fee.
