This copy has been preserved in an archival Mylar bag with an acid-free board since it was received and has been stored in my smoke-free, pet-free, climate-controlled home. It has NEVER spent a single day in an attic, basement or storage unit. It was removed from its Mylar bag for the first time to be photographed for this listing!! 

Grading Notes:  I try my best to grade strictly, based on Overstreet criteria.  Based on those criteria, this copy is in at least NEAR MINT (9.4) condition!  It was one of the VERY BEST copies available, selected from all the copies which were delivered to a high-volume Comic Shop on the day they were received - and BEFORE they were put out for customers to handle!! You’ll receive it in an E. Gerber 2 mil archival MYLAR bag with an acid-free board and packed EXTRA protectively.

Note that the photos used in this listing are not stock images!  The photos show the front and back cover, plus all of the issue's edges, ends and corners.  The final photo shows it back in its Mylar bag, awaiting shipment to its new owner!
