Bidding & Limited Return Policy

• We do NOT* accept returns for unwanted and/or non-compatible items.
• Please carefully review the item's description and pictures for details before bidding.
• Please check compatibility before bidding, we are happy to assist you in confirming as much if you are unsure.
• Before opening a dispute case with eBay, please contact us so we can assist you in solving any issues you may have with your purchase.
• If you have technical issues with your purchase, please provide us with a brief summary of the issue and we will get back to you in short order.
• In the unlikely event that an item/items are DOA (Dead On Arrival) the buyer may request a replacement or partial/full refund. If accepted, the defective item/items must be returned before a replacement or refund will be given. In most cases, the buyer will be provided with a pre-paid shipping label at no charge.
• We take the extra time to test, data sanitize, grade, and describe our IT equipment so you the buyer can make an informed decision. If after reading our listing you still do not feel that your questions or concerns have been addressed, please contact us with those concerns prior to placing a bid.
• We do a visual inspect on all of our items as well as basic testing on (Open Box) and (Used) items.
• We sometime use stock photos in our listings, we label that use in the description as (Stock Photo Used).
• Manufacturer Warranties may or may NOT* apply. If no warranty details are provided in the description than the item is being sold without a warranty
• Items listed as (New) will come factory sealed and/or in the un-opened original box/packaging.
• Items listed as (Open Box) will come with the original "opened" box/packaging unless specified differently in the item's description. We consider these items to be in new or like new condition with little to no use.
• Items listed as (Used) will come as pictured. We do our best to describe noticeable imperfections and/or minor damage. (Used) Items may have superficially scratches, light dust and/or residue present. We consider these items to be in proper working order.
• Items listed as (For Parts or Not Working) will come as pictured. We consider these items to be defective. When available, we will include brief maintenance/test notes on defects discovered, I.E. [Failed Smart, No Post, Broken LCD, Water Damage, PW Locked, Untested, Etc.] Speculative information will NOT be shared, if we are unsure why an item is defective than no further condition details will be provided.
• (For Parts or Not Working) items are sold AS-IS, NO refunds/returns/exchanges accepted, NO exceptions!
