If you would like to make a change to your design other than the name or date pictured ie add a date to a design that does not already have a date, change the wording or add a name to the back of a shirt that does not already have one pictured there is an additional fee of $20. SHIPPING
Please note that delivery estimates provided by eBay can be misleading and do not take into consideration our rural location, weekends or public holidays. If you would like a more accurate delivery estimate, please contact us prior to ordering.
PROCESSING TIME
Please take into consideration the advertised processing time. If you require your order urgently you can purchase a Rush Order which provides 24-hour processing Monday-Friday:
We use Australia Post for all deliveries. If your address is incorrect and your parcel is returned to us there is an Australia Post Return To Sender fee of $10.65 which we will forward on to you.
DOMESTIC ORDERS
Delivery can take up to 3-18 business days for Parcel Post and 2-6 business days for Express Post and this does not include processing time. We are located outside of the Express Post network therefore Australia Post use the fastest possible transport links and your delivery won't be covered by the Next Day Guarantee.
Tilly&Wilbur will not accept any responsibility for delivery times and delays. Once dispatched your order is in the hands of Australia Post.

SIZE & COLOUR GUIDE
Most listings will have a size guide within the product image tiles. If this is not the case or you have any questions at all about sizing please get in touch.
We can source additional colours and styles if required for a fee of $29.95. Our big kid tee (sizes 6-16) are from a different supplier to our baby bodysuits and little kids tees so this means there may be some colour discrepancies in matching sets. We're happy to send images prior to printing on request.

WASHING
It is simple, do not let it be worn thereby ensuring it will never need washing! Jokes aside, all items are machine washable. Do not soak, do not use fabric softener, do not tumble dry or iron directly on prints.
