Up for sale here is this NOS vintage Cornell Dubilier capacitor, from the 1960s or 1970s and Made in USA. This is marked 8 uf 600v, and tests around 9.6 uf, with low leakage/ESR. It is guaranteed to work great for you. This has a pretty gold paper covering, and looks really nice. It does have a tiny bit of solder on one lead, but it's still NOS.
