Here we have a lovely oval repousse work mirror. I am unsure of the metal, it could be aluminium or a thin piece of brass which has been painted gold over wood. Possibly French in origin, this has a lovely Regency style pattern to the border showing swags and floral rosettes. I am unsure of it's exact age but would think it's from the early half of the 20th century. There is some cloudiness to the mirror plate so difficult to obtain a clear view. Could be better suited to the garden or outside area. To give you an idea of the size the frame measures approximately 16 inches by 13 inches weighing just over 1kgs. This is the only one on eBay so get it while you can. If you have any questions please don't hesitate to ask!
