Avoid the OEM washers (part number: 09169-18005 or 09169-18006) designed by the manufacturer because it's the biggest failure in Suzuki's history!

Buy this auction instead which includes a pair (2) of thrust washers made from billet aluminum 7075 grade and machined with Computer Numeric Control (CNC) tool.

Do not be fooled by other sellers who offer entry-level aluminum products, or who will not tell you which grade it is.

This kind of aluminium is largely used in aerospace, marine, transportation industries, airframes and even military-grade including M16 rifle receivers. Any industry where high strength and light weight properties are critical, this alloy is preferred. (When cost is less of an issue too) 7075 can also be exposed to a lot of heat and friction.

From experience, unfortunately I know other sellers, for this "same" item, will ship up to a week after your payment.

This item is already in its packaging and I guarantee you that it will be in the mail at the latest, tonight.  So you can get tracking number right away (if chosen).

Finally, from experience, I also know that other sellers sell "same" washers with bad dimensions and that will have to be re-machined because they will NOT fit.  Too tight and they not slide properly on wrist pin. Too thick and they scrape on the inner walls of the piston.  Otherwise, too thin or too loose and they tilt on pin.  So it's the better way to damage the other components of the motor prematurely.

Each of these pieces for sale have been tested with success on a real genuine Suzuki wrist pin.  Choose the best of the best for your relic.

However,

do not use again your OEM Quadracer bearing with part number: 09263-18025 (nor Wiseco B1002 nor Kimpex 212243) because it is too long to use on these new washers.

From now, you will have to use Suzuki RM motorcycle top end bearing with part number: 09263-18016 (or Wiseco B1014) that is about 2mm shorter on length.
