4 Stainless steel hex machine screws, bolts, and washers.
1 Drill for making the holes
(For mounting on a standard enclosure backplate)

Instructions for mounting a pedal :

1) Tape the back plate in order to protect finish.
2) Use a sharp tipped Sharpie to mark hole locations 
(is designed to fit a Sharpie perfectly) Twist Sharpie (do not press too hard)
(make sure MSM is also taped to the taped backplate so it doesn't move)
3) Use a punch of some sort to mark, so drill will not carry.
4) Make sure marks are center to the MSM. Remove MSM along with all Blue tape.
5) You are ready to drill. (use drill press or hand drill) Use eye protection as a precaution when drilling.
6) Insert hex screws 2 at a time, do not fully tighten until they are all in, and flush.
7) Do not worry if your drill was a little off, and a few of the hex screws don't press in flush. Just move to the next drill size up from the 9/64 provided bit to a 5/32, and you will be ok.
