RETURNS

If you are not satisfied with your purchase, please contact us first before returning the items within 15 days of receipt. The item must be unworn and unaltered in order to get a refund.  When returning the item, please include your eBay ID in the package. 

We are not responsible for any lost return packages.

SHIPPING POLICY

All orders, once payment has cleared, will begin processing within 24 hours. Once an order has begun processing, it is not possible for you, or us to edit it prior to shipment. Please make sure all information is input correctly before submitting your order. 

Lost by Carrier:  We are not responsible for any errors made by the shipping carrier. However, if you have not received your package after 7 days of the delivery confirmation email,  please email us with order ID and we will be more than happy to open a CASE with USPS or UPS to help resolve the issue, if possible.
