Uberchild 3 in 1 Travel System | Buggy, Pushchair, Carrycot, Car Seat. 

Minimal wear, we only used it a few times until our daughter out grew it and it had to spend the rest of its days within a storeroom. Its got a bed and a chair that can be either carried or used to make a buggy, with the chair being the only one able to used as a car seat using the mechanism. It hasn't got any raincovers however.
