NEW Malden "Beach Rules" 4x6 Picture Frame - Blue/White Stripes & Red Crab.

The packaging is a little beat up as you can see in the pictures. Also the frame has that distressed wood look, so there are a couple spots that I am not sure if they are part of the distressed look or a scuff. Pictures reflect this.
