Tag is missing but I believe this is a Gund Puppet.
Pluto has scratch under his chin and some of the the paint has rubbed off his ears and nose.
He is missing his right hand and tag.
Also stitching loose on cloth seam. (see pictures)
Could use a good cleaning.
