1825 Peru 8 reales graded AU 58 by NGC. Coin has much luster lurking beneath the gun metal toning, and even hints of amber around the circumference (difficult to see in the photos). Liberty's face is fully and deeply struck. Coin could easily have been given an MS grade. This is the first regular issue 8 reales of the nascent Peruvian Republic, and is thus highly sought after. Just 7 examples graded higher in the NGC census.
