CONDITION:  Excellent, without defects of any kind.

This porcelain plate was produced in Germany by the Helena Wolfsohn Dresden studio in the 1880s.  It measures 8 ½ inches in diameter.  It has a delicate reticulated border.  The center of the plate is hand painted in Sevres style. Adorable cherubs are playing with torches. The painting is vividly colored and finely painted.  There are garlands of tiny flowers with blue ribbons just inside the border of the plate.  Tiny pink roses accent the reticulated border.  There is abundant gold trim.    #C799a
