In good condition for a nearly 50 year old book: no marks, writing, highlighting or dog ear pages, book binding is tight. Cover, outer edges and corners have moderate wear and scuffing, light creasing and curling. Outer clear plastic cover is peeling at corner and edges. See photos of actual book.
