You are looking at a Marvel Legends Black Panther figure from the Giant-Man Series.  This version of the character was prominently featured in the Civil War film.  There's a flap crease, an indentation by the corner, and moderate wear along most all of the edges.  Otherwise, the figure and contents all look to be in solid shape.  It's coming from a pet/smoke-free environment, and will ship in a box to better protect your purchase.  Thank you for your interest, and I hope you're doing well too.
