element from over working and breaking down. Helps protect drum and
plastic parts from becoming encrusted. Helps protect rubber pipe
surfaces from deterioration. Helps keep a cleaner machine as dirt and
detergent residues can rinse away more easily. Suitable with all types
of fabrics. 30 standard washes.
Preparation and Usage
Use one tablet per wash in addition to your
detergent. Place the tablet in the back of the drum, do not place it in
the machine drawer. Do not unwrap tablet as it dissolves completely in
the wash.
Not suitable for pre-wash programmes. Use wash programmes with a temperature higher than 30°C.
Shipping details
All orders dispatched by 2pm on a weekday. The cut off time for all orders is 2pm on Tuesday and wednesday. All other days it is 3pm excluding weekends. allow up to 7 working days to elapse before contacting us. In most cases
items are delivered from anything up to 3 days to 5 days but if they
are not they could be delayed sometimes taking an additional 2-3 days
due to current conditions affecting Royal Mail staff and deliveries.
It
may be that the postman tried to deliver your item but no one was at
home or the item cannot fit through the letterbox. They should leave a
card, but sometimes they do not. Please check with a neighbour in case
they may have it or your local sorting office before contacting us thank
you.
In a few cases we will send a replacement If the item has not arrived. Royal
Mail have told us an item can still be delivered even after 14 days due
to various factors which is out of our control and regret we cannot be
held responsible for these delays caused by the courier. In any case we
will always show you the courtesy of keeping you updated. If an item has
still not been received after 14 days it will therefore be classed at
lost please email us and on the 15th working day we will issue you with a
full refund. We are sorry about this.
