We use Royal Mail Tracked 48 as our courier which usually takes around 2 to 4 working days to deliver from date of posting. It is a tracked service, meaning you will receive a tracking number for your order and tracking updates (via email or text) from Royal Mail. Postage is FREE!

We offer additional shipping services, Royal Mail Tracked 24 (1 to 2 working days) and DPD (Next working day delivery + tracking). Both shipping upgrades will incur additional costs, which are optional, and can be chosen during checkout.

Please make sure your delivery address and contact number are up to date and accurate on your eBay account. Ensure that your address can be found on the Royal Mail postcode finder to avoid any unnecessary delays. Orders will be shipped to the address & contact number provided by eBay.

We allow up to 30 days for returns but return costs are shouldered by our customers. Items being returned to us should be unused, undamaged, and in original packaging. Any items returned to us that are damaged and not suitable for re-sale will not be refunded. However should your order arrive to you in an unsatisfactory condition (damaged package, poor condition etc.) then please message us via eBay chat and we would be more than happy to assist you with any issues.
