All of our greeting cards are designed by us with you in mind. From conception to the finished product we design all of our cards with the mindset that they can also be framed and used as keepsakes after your event such as Birthday or Christmas etc.
We make sure that they can be personalised in such a way that only you could have given that special someone this wonderful and unique greeting card as these cards cannot be found anywhere else and at the price we offer for the service that you receive.
Each card is tenderly crafted with the brightest of colors and the most bespoke design so that you can be sure that  you really are giving a card to be cherished and looked at in a completely different way to what you would if bought in a shop.

  • Each card is approximately 8" x 6" in size (A4 folded in half)
  • 270gsm Pre-creased Glossy fronted greeting card (Matt inside to write on)
  • Provided with a white diamond flap envelope
  • Carefully packed inside a clear cello wrapper before being packed in a sturdy `Do Not Bend` hard back envelope.

- PERSONALISATION INSTRUCTIONS -

This is the most important section to get right when ordering your item. Please make sure that you provide ALL of the information we ask for. If you do not want a piece of information printed please tell us at checkout. If you do not provide a particular piece of the personalisation then it will NOT be printed and we will NOT chase you for it as we are extremely busy. Please also make sure you spell everything correctly too as we will NOT make any changes to what you send us as it is our policy to make what the customer asks for which is the whole idea of offering customisation.  We will not make any guesses to name spellings etc. Please be aware that if you get anything wrong and you are not happy with your card then we will not be able to help you any further and you will need to consider re-ordering. If we make a mistake our end then please contact us immediately and we shall of course issue a replacement or refund upon receipt of a photo of the card you received to prove our mistake. If you cannot send a photo then please send the item back. We cannot issue a replacement or refund without a photo or the card in return.
Please send us your customisation during the Paypal checkout process where you select `Message to Seller` option. Please also make sure you `Save` your message before submitting your order or we will not receive your customisation and you will receive a card with no customisation.
All of the above are deemed your responsibility to get right and failure to do so will result in you receiving an item which is no good to you but will not be able to be returned or refunded due to lack of care and attention.
Whilst we are a friendly family run business we must be very strict with these rules and will stick by them. This is to ensure you get the right product.

- POSTAGE - 

If you order before 1pm on a working day (Mon-Fri) we normally post out the same day using 1st Class postage. If you order after 1pm then it will be sent the next working day. Please note that we do post out on a Saturday but we only have 1 collection and so you will not receive your order until early the next week. We do not post out on Sundays, Bank Holidays or Christmas and New Year.  Our Christmas orders cut off date is 19th December and will NOT post out any Christmas orders after this date so please do not ask us to. If you do not receive your order after 5 working days please get in touch as we must allow for delays with Royal Mail etc.
