Small red roof sylvanian cottage, includes a few furnishings and a rabbit sylvanian (as shown in picture.)

There are a few marks on door and roof, the sticker on the door is slightly peeling.  The top floor which can be flipped to use as a garden has some damage in one corner but this does not affect its use in the house.
