Extremely rare. Jim Connor, who wrote Grandma’s Feather Bed, wrote a memoir about his work with John Denver.

He gave these to a few people during the Aspen JD celebrations in the early 2000s. I never opened it and never read it.

This is unbound and loose paper held by yarn that Jim wrapped. He also wrote everything by hand on the top cover.
