you repair time pieces? We are a
reseller of watch parts not a watch repair company however we do have a wide
selection of replacement watch parts and replacement watch crystals.

Can you answer technical
questions relating watch repairs, identify watch parts or part substitution?
Sorry, we do not have the expertise to answer these questions.

Do you sell used parts? No, we
only sell new, visually inspected parts and crystals. Parts which are rusted or
crystals which are scratched or do not meet our quality standards are
discarded. A used or defective part or crystal may accidently slip by us but
all parts have a 30 day refund policy with free return shipping (USA Shipping
destination address).
4)
Why are some of your factory
envelopes/packets open? If we have any concerns about the quality of a sealed
part, they are opened, visually inspected and resealed or repackaged.
5)
Do
you offer refunds? All parts, with a
USA Shipping destination address, have a 30 day refund policy with free return
shipping – If there is any problems with your order please contact us for
return address.
6)
Why are some of your items repackaged?
A variety of reasons including damaged packets, quality inspections,
international shipping, bulk purchases.
7)
Can I send you a picture of a
watch can you to find a crystal for it? Sorry no, it is nearly impossible to
determine the correct crystal size and depth of a watch by looking at a
picture.
8)
Can you find a specific part or
crystal for me? If it is not listed it is not currently in stock. We have
1000’s of parts and crystals which need to be inspected and listed, we may have
your part in the future. Send us the information, we may get lucky.
9)
If the factory envelope has one
dozen on it, do I get one dozen parts? No, All parts are sold as a single
part, not as a lot or group – bulk packs & factory envelopes having
more than one part in them are repackaged into single units.
