Delivery Information
We endeavour to despatch all orders received before 4pm Monday to Friday on the same working day using a next working day courier based delivery service. If your order is received on a non working day or public bank holiday your order will be despatched on the next available working day. European countries can take up to 7 working days for delivery.

We ensure orders are despatched promptly and are packed correctly and we strive to ensure the item ordered is the item received in the time expected. Due to being human and relying on a third party road based delivery network, delays can sometimes occur which are out of our control and we will rectify a problem caused by us. Upon despatch, your tracking information is sent from the courier direct to your registered Ebay email address.

What if I have not received a courier tracking email?

Are your personal details entered correctly in Ebay?

Damages and Returns
In the event your item is damaged or unsatisfactory please do not accept delivery. A signature is acceptance of a item in good condition. If the order has been left without a signature under your instruction then the order is left at your own risk and we cannot be held responsible for theft or damage after the event of delivery.

Once opening your order if something is questionable, please report it to us immediately attaching a photograph and description of the problem
