Shipping Details: Orders are shipped within 24 hours upon receipt of cleared payment. Shipping time varies depending on the pick-up time at USPS. The item is usually shipped VIA USPS First Class 2-5 business days. If the order follows a weekend, it may take longer to arrive at your address. Please VERIFY and make sure that your billing address and shipping address is correct and confirmed. Any packages that is returned to us is due re-shipping fee. It is very important that your shipping address is correct to avoid any confusion. Refund Details: Please make sure you are buying the right item. A minimum 20% restocking fee applies to the return of items. These fees are kept by the mail carrier and eBay. There will not be any exchanges or refunds unless the item is defective or different than what was ordered. If the item has already shipped and you change your mind, we cannot intercept the package and give a refund. Please inform us within 3 days after the delivery if the item is damaged in shipping.
