SILVER CAPPED DRESSING TABLE JAR, hallmarked for LONDON, 1920; probably for powder and a puff but who knows. The lid has seen life and has had quite a few dents removed but is complete, no splits and no repairs. The cut glass base is beautifully cut and polished, the pattern being unusual; the base is star cut and polished.
