'Special Police' Silver Costume Jewelry or Maybe Costume Accessory Pin/Badge. Silver in color. Metal. On the back there a pin to attache to clothing. The front of the pin/badge says, SPECIAL POLICE, has a star in the middle. Has some smooth and textured areas. This is in good/used shape! Has some light lines and scratches but nothing too awful or noticeable. Please see pictures to see the type/style of pin this has. There's no marking or stamp I can see or find to tell what it's made out of. Just a fun pin/piece or Halloween Costume accessory (Maybe). I did try a magnet on it and it didn't stick, pull just a tiny tiny pull but no full on stick.
